9. Suicidal attempts plus thoughts.

10. Pronounced irritability

11. Physical aches and discomfort which have no physiological basis

The good thing is at the end of this dark canal called depression, there is hope. Treatment is available in three types: psychiatric therapy, antidepressant medicine and the combo of the 2. At this time there are also times when electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and light therapy are use.
