11. Physical aches and pains that have no physiological basis

The good thing is at the end of this dark canal called depression, there is great hope. Treatment is available in 3 types: psychotherapy, antidepressant medicine and the combination of the 2. Right now there are also times when electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and light therapy are employed.
