Because most people get stressed out from time to time, there is that endless question if depression is indeed a illness. The answer is: yes. The deadly one, that is. It has been said that about 1 out of eight United States residents will possibly become clinically depressed. Several experience it once in a lifetime, while others can have lots episodes.
